overlooking the Severn, outdoor furniture, spacious room
This place feels like it's stuck in a time warp with very thin walls that let you hear everything!!! The bar area lacks any charm, resembling a basic transport cafe. Elevate the shower experience, it seriously needs modernization!!! A bit more effort on the menu variety wouldn't hurt either!!!

Awesome comfy stay!
The staff are super friendly and really make you feel at home. We had the most amazing breakfast while enjoying views of the river. Our room was spotless and cozy too, though the Wi-Fi could've been better. Totally recommend checking out the bar for a nightcap!

I had a fantastic time at this place! The river views were stunning, and the Sunday carvery was possibly the best roast I've ever had. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and homely, making me want to return soon.

Family with children will definitely have a great time
The location was perfect with easy parking my room had a large bed and the view of the river was a pleasant surprise. The staff really came through when my kid needed an early breakfast they made sure we got fresh croissants and fruit delivered right to our room.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the quality made it fine.

i had a bit of trouble with the bathroom as it wasn’t really updated. also, the door to my room wouldn’t lock properly from the outside which was kinda annoying.

The riverside views from the balcony were a surprising highlight, creating a nice spot to unwind. Comfortable seating areas near the river made for a pleasant tea-drinking experience, perfect for relaxation.
The bathrooms stuck in the '70s need some serious updates and the shower pressure was weak—definitely not invigorating. Walking in felt more like entering a plain café than a hotel. the entrance lacks any real charm. The grounds could use some sprucing up, too, as the overall appearance felt a bit shabby and tired.

It was just a fitting option for getting around the area in Worcester with real value for money. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but it was nice to have a private bathroom. Avoid rooms with a lot of steps if mobility is an issue.

The Double Room with Private Bathroom offered a lovely view and a comfy bed, perfect for a cozy getaway. Having access to fresh, seasonal products at breakfast was a delightful bonus. The location was peaceful, making it an ideal retreat, although I did notice some minor areas needing improvement in the shared balcony space. I found the experience to be great value for money and would recommend it.

Comfortable bed in the Double Room with Private Bathroom. Quick access to nearby scenic walks, perfect for a couple looking for a bit of adventure.
Bathrooms need a serious update—1970's vibes aren't doing any favors, especially the shower with its poor pressure. The entrance lacks charm. it's more like stepping into a busy café than a hotel. Steps to some rooms can be a hassle for those who prefer a bit more accessibility, and the en-suite could use a hook for hanging clothes—just simple details that make a stay smoother. Breakfast could use healthier options instead of smelling like chip fat. leaves a bit to be desired in terms of variety too.
